Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the Fusor website, product, and related services provided by Fusor AI, Inc.. By using Fusor or communicating with us about Fusor, you agree to these terms.
If you use Fusor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What Fusor does
Fusor is an AI receptionist workspace for inbound communication. It helps answer and route calls and SMS conversations, uses approved Knowledge Base content for routine questions, routes callers through a managed Phone Directory, and gives human teams a shared timeline for review and takeover.
Fusor may rely on third-party communication, AI, voice, SMS, email, hosting, analytics, and support providers to deliver the service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate Knowledge Base content, directory entries, routing rules, and users.
- Reviewing AI behavior, source-backed answers, transfers, escalations, and outcomes.
- Obtaining and maintaining required consent for communications with their contacts.
- Using Fusor only for lawful customer-care and operational communication.
- Respecting opt-out, consent, privacy, and telecommunications requirements.
SMS and communications
Fusor may support customer-care SMS messages, follow-ups, handoffs, support-related replies, and conversation updates. SMS terms are available at gofusor.com/sms.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You can also contact support@gofusor.com.
AI limitations
Fusor is designed to use approved customer-provided sources and configuration. AI-generated content can be incomplete or incorrect, and customers are responsible for reviewing and supervising workflows that affect their business, employees, customers, or contacts.
Fusor does not create, draft, approve, send, track, or follow up on quotes. Fusor does not check inventory, stock, warehouse levels, product catalog matches, substitutions, pricing, order status, fulfillment, backorders, or ERP records. Fusor routes excluded requests to a human or approved destination when configured.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fusor to:
- Send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.
- Violate consent, privacy, telecommunications, carrier, or platform rules.
- Collect or process sensitive information without required authorization.
- Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the service.
- Misrepresent AI outputs as guaranteed facts without review where review is needed.
Disclaimers and availability
Fusor is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery by carriers, error-free AI output, or successful transfers in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusor AI, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these terms were last updated.
