This Privacy Policy explains how Fusor AI, Inc. collects and uses information when people visit gofusor.com, request information about Fusor, communicate with us, or use Fusor-powered communication workflows.
Fusor is an AI receptionist workspace. It helps answer and route calls and SMS conversations, uses approved Knowledge Base content for routine questions, routes callers through a managed Phone Directory, and gives human teams a shared conversation timeline for review and takeover.
Information we collect
We may collect information in the following categories:
- Contact details, such as name, business name, email address, phone number, and role.
- Website and analytics data, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser details, and general usage patterns collected through tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communications with us, including demo requests, support emails, call details, text messages, and related metadata.
- Product data processed through Fusor, such as contacts, conversation timelines, message bodies, call transcripts where enabled, AI summaries, source references, transfer attempts, assignments, statuses, internal notes, opt-out flags, and quality review records.
- Operational and security data, including spam prevention checks provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, logs, device data, authentication events, provider delivery events, and error records.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Fusor and the public website.
- Respond to demo requests, support requests, and product questions.
- Route calls and SMS conversations to the right person, branch, or review queue.
- Support AI receptionist workflows, including Knowledge Base answers and human review.
- Send service-related communications when permitted.
- Monitor delivery, security, abuse prevention, reliability, and compliance.
- Analyze aggregate website and product usage.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may process mobile phone numbers, SMS message content, delivery metadata, consent preferences, HELP requests, and opt-out requests to provide Fusor-powered customer-care messaging. Fusor SMS conversations are consumer-initiated: Fusor sends text messages only as replies to a conversation the recipient started by texting a Fusor-powered number first. Message frequency varies by conversation and customer configuration. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. We may also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT where supported by the messaging workflow. Reply HELP for help or email support@gofusor.com.
How we share information
We use service providers to operate Fusor and the website. These providers may include cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, communications carriers, SMS providers, voice providers, email providers, security vendors, and booking tools. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us or comply with law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Fusor, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business records. Product retention settings may vary by customer workspace and configuration.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other assistance with personal information. Some requests may need to be handled by the organization using Fusor, especially when that organization controls the workspace where your conversation was processed.
You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of SMS messages as described above.
